Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrendBlend AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TrendBlend AI provides AI-generated artwork, trend data, and compliance signals intended for print-on-demand (POD) sellers. Outputs are provided as creative assistance, not legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying that any design you list, sell, or print does not infringe third-party rights in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription, Trial & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial; you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial, your card is charged the listed monthly amount until you cancel from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Ownership of Generated Designs

Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, you own the designs you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including listing them on POD platforms and the in-app marketplace. We retain ownership of the underlying models, software, and aggregated trend data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates real individuals without consent. You agree not to attempt to bypass the trademark/compliance scan or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service itself.

6. Compliance Scans Are Not Legal Advice

Our trademark and copyright signals are best-effort and based on public databases at the time of generation. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee freedom-to-operate. You remain responsible for clearance before commercial use.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cause risk to other users, or generate excessive abuse reports. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice and take effect 14 days after notice.
