Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Account data: email, display name, hashed password, Google profile info if you sign in with Google.

Usage data: prompts, generated designs, niches, collections, bookmarks, and report history — all scoped to your account.

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the customer ID, subscription status, and plan — never your full card number.

2. How We Use It

To run the Service: generate designs, run compliance scans, surface trend data, deliver marketplace and bulk tools, send transactional email, and bill your subscription. We do not sell your personal data and we do not train third-party generic AI models on your private prompts or designs.

3. Sub-processors

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Lovable AI Gateway — AI model inference (Google Gemini, OpenAI)
• GoHighLevel — transactional email

4. Your Rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. California residents have CCPA rights.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion to allow recovery. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years).

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is row-level secured so you only ever see your own designs, collections, and reports. Admin access is logged.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Request data deletion: email privacy@trendblend.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the Delete Account button in your account settings. We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
